Kourtney & Scott: Saved By Baby

Look out, Hollywood — there's a new Kardashian in town! On July 8, Kourtney Kardashian, 33, and longtime boyfriend Scott Disick, 29, welcomed Penelope Scotland Disick, who weighed in at 7 lbs., 14 oz., into the world, and the entire family couldn't be happier.

"She is gorgeous," a source tells Star. "Kourtney and Scott are absolutely over the moon. Mason is so excited about being a big brother. And, of course, Khloé and Kim can't wait to spoil Penelope and dress her in the most lavish baby clothes."

The baby girl arrived at a time when Scott and Kourtney were openly growing apart, and insiders think the bundle of joy is just what they need to strengthen their family bond.

"They weren't doing well recently," a source says. "Scott was out drinking all the time, and Kourtney was at home feeling uncomfortable. Now she gets to enjoy Scott being a devoted daddy again, not just a full-time partier."
