Kim Richards Gets A Nose Job

It’s been a transforming year for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richardsfirst rehab, now a nose job!

According to a report by Wetpaint, they confirmed that Kim had the cosmetic surgery done and her sister Kyle Richards even posted a photo of her sister’s new nose on Twitter, which she later removed.

“It wasn’t a huge nip/tuck,” the source said.

“It was more of a small tweak to the bridge. It had always been bothering her and she finally decided to do something about it.”

The source confirms it was done a few weeks ago, and no, fellow castmember Adrienne Maloof‘s husband Dr. Paul Nassif did not perform the rhinoplasty procedure.

“At her sister Kyle’s annual White Party on June 30, she was showing the results off. She seemed really pleased. Everyone was telling her how great it looked,” the source said.

“Kim was in great shape at the White Party. She looked and seemed to feel fantastic. I’ve never seen her in better form.”

As first reported, Kim was forced into rehab last December by Bravo execs who feared her downward spiral.

“Kim was told by the people at Bravo that she had to get help and that help meant going into rehab immediately,” a source told us. “The network people were worried about her and wanted her to try and fix her problems.”

The 47-year-old emerged looking healthy and happy and will be appearing once again in the new season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
