Katie Holmes Steps Out For Dinner Date

Katie Holmes was beaming last night as she stepped out for a dinner date with her attorney, Jonathan Wolfe.
Wearing a green maxi dress with matching shoes, and a sporty cropped leather jacket, Tom Cruise's soon-to-be-ex-wife appeared relaxed and very happy.
The pair went to NoMad, a popular Mediterranean eatery.
And when it was time to leave, Katie and Jonathan smiled broadly for the cameras and shared friendly kisses on the cheek as he flagged down a cab for her.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the newly confident Holmes is headed back to Broadway as part of the ensemble cast of Dead Accounts.
But everything isn't roses for Katie. Former Scientologist Samantha Domingo told The Hollywood Reporter that inside the controversial organization, "the wheels are in motion to discredit Katie."
