Wearing a green maxi dress with matching shoes, and a sporty cropped leather jacket, Tom Cruise‘s soon-to-be-ex-wife appeared relaxed and very happy.

The pair went to NoMad, a popular Mediterranean eatery.
And when it was time to leave, Katie and Jonathan smiled broadly for the cameras and shared friendly kisses on the cheek as he flagged down a cab for her.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the newly confident Holmes is headed back to Broadway as part of the ensemble cast of Dead Accounts.
