Katie Holmes Has Marathon Legal Session Saturday

Katie Holmes' negotiations with Tom Cruise over custody and support for their daughter Suri went into overdrive on Saturday.
Holmes spent six hours with her divorce attorney Allan Mayefsky in his Manhattan office today, emerging in the early evening.
Earlier in the day, members of her security team went to a nearby bakery and brought back two boxes of sugary treats for Katie and her legal team.
Katie filed for divorce on June 28, playing hardball by asking for sole legal custody and primary physical custody of six-year-old daughter.
As RadarOnline.com reported, this is the second consecutive day Katie spent hours with Mayesky.
He is reportedly attempting to iron out an agreement -- at least a temporary one -- with Tom's attorney Dennis Wasser that would negate the necessity of going to court.
