Holmes also injured 58 audience members during his shooting rampage and was charged Monday with two counts of attempted murder for each of those injured.

The shooter was also charged with one count of possession of explosives for the booby trap he set at his apartment.

Although cameras were not allowed in Monday’s hearing,  according to eyewitnesses, Holmes still had the reddish/orange hair, but attempted to style it and appeared more lucid than his first court appearance last week.
