Who was dressed to win and sin his week?

From the red carpet of the hottest events like the ESPY Awards to the streets of Comic Con, Hollywood’s hottest stars were dressed to rock and shock in the best, worst & wackiest fashions – and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in our weekly feature.

Jessica Biel stole the spotlight from all of the professional athletes at the ESPY Awards, showing off her bombshell bod in sexy style. Wearing a simply sexy Christian Dior Resort 2013 frock with Nicholas Kirkwood for Roksanda Illincic ankle-strap pumps, Justin Timberlake’s bride-to-be looked white hot!  Other style scores at the annual sports awards show included Olivia Munn and Hayden Panettiere, both wearing Giorgio Armani.

Call it a fashion faux pas flashback! Kristen Stewart looked, like totally 1987, at Comic Con in San Diego, wearing a dayglo BCBGMAXAZRIA tub skirt with a Fluxus croptop and Barbara Bui sneakers at The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 press conference.  At least her costar, Ashley Greene, was there to save the day in a simply sexy Michael Kors sleeveless dress.

As for wacky, there were several celebrity style shockers this week. While Lady Gaga took S&M to the extreme, showing off her nipples during dinner at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills, Russell Brand donned legwarmers and a women’s scarf in West Hollywood and Adrianne Curry sported an alligator head with her Grecian gear at Comic Con.
