The actor, appearing on The Tonight Show Monday, told Jay Leno he’d take the gig if his needs were met.
“I had never thought about it, and I heard it on the news, so I thought I’d better respond to that,” the resilient former Two and a Half Men star said. “I came up with my terms … and I’m waiting to hear back.”
Sheen, who’s currently appearing on FX comedy Anger Management, said, “I could be helpful and give these kids some guidance without leading them to suicide.”
Leno joked, “If I had a child that needed guidance, I would send that child to you.”

Meanwhile, in a stunning move, Sheen announced Monday that he’s pledged at least one million dollars to the USO to support the troops — it’s one of the largest single donations to the organizations.
