Miley Cyrus & Liam Hemsworth Engaged!

Miley Cyrus and Australian actor Liam Hemsworth are engaged.
Cyrus told People in a statement Wednesday: "I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam."
Hemsworth, according to the magazine, popped the question to the Hannah Montana star May 31.
The 3.5-carat diamond ring he gave her comes from jeweler Neil Lane, a Hollywood favorite.
Cyrus, 19, met The Hunger Games star, 22, when he was her co-star in 2009's The Last Song.
Miley didn't directly address the huge development on her Twitter page early Wednesday, merely writing, "life is beautiful.”
