"What happens when the Botox wears off? I suspect that this may be what's happening to Donatella Versace," celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated the designer, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

"The fashion mogul, who usually benefits so significantly from makeup and possible injections, appears to be going all natural.

"Except for her obviously incredibly large lips, it looks like some of her plastic surgery may be wearing off," he explained.

After fighting hard to hold back the test of time, the 57-year-old now appears to have given up the struggle.

"The smile lines that are typically eradicated by Botox appear to have returned. The skin previously bronzed has gotten pale and lost its radiance," Dr. Youn told RadarOnline.com.

"While I think her lips are way overdone, she appears to now be an example of what happens when the injections wear off."
