Courteney Cox filed for divorce from David Arquette in Los Angeles June 8 — the same day he filed for divorce from her — RadarOnline.com has learned.
The Scream co-stars — who both cited “irreconcilable differences” as their reason for the split — are each seeking legal and physical custody of their daughter Coco, 8.

Neither of the stars used attorneys in the mudslinging-free split, in which they’ve remained publicly supportive of one another, with Courtney even taking Coco to cheer on her dad during his stint on Dancing with the Stars last year.
In the docs, Courteney seeks to eliminate Arquette from her last name.
