Kris Jenner Slams Facelift 'Rumors' (Which Her Own Daughter Confirmed!)

Kris Jenner is embroiled in a nasty lawsuit with a cosmetics company that is suing her for breach of contract over a purported facelift -- and while she’s fighting back, one of her own children might be her downfall!

The matriarch of the Kardashian empire was hired by B&P Company to promote their product Frownies in 2011, and they claim that after signing the contract Kris got a facelift, which was a breach of contract.

Kris hit back at the lawsuit filed in federal court in Ohio, claiming that the company used “rumors published on the Internet,” about her facelift to end the contract and that the company was suffering financial problems.

“To accomplish its goal of getting out of the contracts with Jenner, B&P used rumors published on the internet in mid July 2011 claiming that Kris Jenner received a 'face-lift' as a pretext for terminating the parties’ contracts,” Jenner's countersuit reads.

However, her own daughter Khloe Kardashian gushed about her mom’s new look in July 2011, right before her sister Kim Kardashian’s wedding extravaganza.

"She looks amazing,” Khloe said about her mom’s plastic surgery. “They say you are supposed to have a lot of swelling for a week or so after, but I didn't notice."
