Bobbi Kristina Brown To Give Emotional Tribute To Mom Whitney At Billboard Music Awards

Bobbi Kristina Brown is scheduled to receive the Millennium Award on behalf of her late mother, Whitney Houston, at Sunday night's Billboard Music Awards, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

Amid reports that the 19-year-old is battling with her mother’s manager and sister-in-law, Pat Houston, on who would accept the prize, a compromise has been met.

The two women are scheduled to take the stage together.

The emotional tribute will be Bobbi Kristina’s first appearance at an event since her mother died in February.

There had been rumors that Bobbi Kristina would be singing tonight but it appears she will just accept the honor.

Jordin Sparks, who appears with Whitney in her final movie Sparkle, and R&B singer John Legend will perform a musical tribute.

Katy Perry, Usher, Kelly Clarkson, Justin Bieber and Carrie Underwood will all take to the stage to perform at Sunday’s ceremony which will be broadcast on ABC.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Pat and Bobbi Kristina are also set to star in a new reality show called The Houston Family Chronicles.

The Lifetime series, which will also star the singer’s mom Cissy Houston, will chart the lives of Whitney’s relatives as they overcome their grief.
