Funnyman Martin Lawrence and wife Shamicka Lawrence are getting divorced, RadarOnline.com is reporting.
A rep for the comic said Tuesday that “the couple has made the joint decision to part ways” after two years of marriage and a 15-year relationship prior to that.
“Out of love and respect for one another we will continue to remain friends and raise our two beautiful daughters together,” they said in a joint statement referring to their children, Amara and Iyana.

Martin, who recently wrapped up a stand-up tour, married Shamicka in July 2010 in a ceremony at his Beverly Hills home attended by celebs such as Denzel Washington, Eddie Murphy and baseball slugger Barry Bonds.
The Big Momma’s House star, 47, recently shot a pilot for CBS.
