Actor Josh Lucas is not only effortlessly sexy, the Hollywood hunk also cares about the environment,
and RadarOnline.com has photos inside the eco-friendly home that he is now renting out.

Designed by Carter Bravmann of Interform Architecture, the luxurious Los Angeles retreat was built using the latest state-of-the-art “green” design practices and is now being rented out for $10,000 a month, reported Trulia Luxe Living.

It boasts a luxurious master suite that occupies the entire second floor and features a hotel bath with steam shower, walk-in closet, separate sitting area with flat screen TV, separate office and wrap-around balcony.

Downstairs, a separate home theater is ideal for renters in the entertainment industry, a dining area with walls of glass that opens to a saltwater pool, spa and resort-style patio makes for perfect entertaining.
