The doctor – who has a private practice in Beverly Hills – looked more like a stripper than a top medical professional as he flashed his abs, grabbed his crotch and smooched a female fan smack on the lips.
He wore his trademark sleeveless scrubs on Saturday, and they were customized with a netted see-through front!

Dr. Rey was showing off his tools of the trade, including breast and penile implants, as he quizzed his fans at the Seminole Casino Hollywood, Florida on Saturday.
The flirty doctor, married and the father of two, made a name for himself as the eccentric star of the E! reality TV series Dr. 90210.

While he no longer has his own show Dr. Rey regularly makes appearances on TV as a plastic surgery expert, and sells a line of women’s undergarments meant to be slimming.
