Sandra Bullock Files Lawsuit Against Watchmaker

Sandra Bullock has filed a lawsuit against a watchmaker for using her name and image without her permission to advertise watches, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The Academy Award winning actress filed the lawsuit in Santa Monica, and alleges that "ToyWatch USA intentionally and prominently used Ms. Bullock's name, photograph, image, identity, and persona in advertising, marketing, and/or promotion (collectively the Advertisements) to sell watches.

“Certain defendants, including ToyWatch, J.R. Dunn, and others, advertised the watches at issue as the ‘Sandra Bullock Watch’ and/or the ‘Sandra Bullock Watches..’”

The single mom to little “Cajun Cookie” Louis Bardo, is seeking a "preliminary and permanent injunction prohibiting Defendants and their affiliated companies from any further use of Plaintiff's publicity rights and privacy rights (including without limitation name, photograph, likeness, image, identity, persona, voice..." along with punitive damages.
