Lindsay Lohan is scheduled to be at the LAX Airport Courthouse on Thursday morning for her final progress report in her necklace theft case, and the actress is looking forward to putting this chapter of her life behind her, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As we previously reported, this could be the end of Lohan's legal woes if Judge Stephanie Sautner terminates her formal probation at the hearing, which will most likely occur since she has successfully completed her court ordered community service at the Los Angeles County Morgue.

"Lindsay is very much looking forward to closing this chapter of her life and moving on to the next. She has some great projects on the table right now and others in development, and is very much looking forward to getting back to work," Lohan's rep Steve Honig tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Meanwhile, the actress is under investigation for an alleged hit & run incident involving Thaer Kamal, the manager of The Hookah Lounge who says Lindsay struck him several weeks ago after she left The Sayers nightclub and didn't stop to see if he was OK. Kamal met with cops this past Tuesday and handed over surveillance video evidence from the incident.
