Engaged couple Halle Berry and boyfriend Olivier Martinez enjoyed a walk in Paris Monday, and we’ve got the shots here for you on RadarOnline.com.
The French hunk and Berry, clad in warm and fashionable threads, sauntered on the Left Bank and in the Jardin du Luxembourg park.
Berry’s respite to Paris put on pause the tense relations she’s had with baby daddy Gabriel Aubry in their ongoing custody battle over young daughter, Nahla. (One recurring issue has been Berry’s desire to move the child to France, which Aubry has made clear he’ll fight through the courts.)
Last week, we exclusively reported that the French Canadian model was praised by officials with the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services, hailing him as “a very loving and attentive father” after they investigated him on accusations he pushed Nahla’s nanny.
"Halle may have done Gabe's custody case a huge advantage by getting a third party involved that fully vindicated him," an insider told us exclusively. "She wants to move to France with Nahla, but Gabe will do everything possible to prevent this from happening, and his lawyers are extremely optimistic the judge grant that motion because it would cut him out of Nahla's life.
“Gabe isn't a part-time father, and the judge will recognize that when considering the decision."
