The 49-year-old actress returned to Los Angeles on Saturday after a stint in rehab and a relaxing vacation in the Caribbean with friends and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that she is getting ready to head back to work.

“Demi feels great and she is eager to get back to work,” a source close to the Ghost star said.

“She has been focusing on her health in the last month and she’s getting better every day. Demi wants to work again; she knows that she can handle a few projects so she’s looking forward to that.”

Demi checked into rehab in January after being hospitalized following a seizure at home while partying with a group of friends and her oldest daughter, Rumer Willis. She was seeking help for her addiction to prescription pills as well as the eating disorder anorexia.
