Florida Prosecutors Interviewing More Witnesses In Chris Brown Alleged Theft Investigation

Florida prosecutors are going to be interviewing more witnesses in the Chris Brown alleged iPhone theft investigation, RadarOnline.com is reporting.
As previously reported, Brown has been accused of stealing Christal Spann's iPhone after she says she snapped a pic of the singer sitting in the back of a Bentley. Brown allegedly snatched the phone, and said, "b**ch, you're not gonna put that on the Internet," and then drove off.
"In our investigation of the Chris Brown incident, we have taken the statements of our local witnesses and have just finished discussing with the lead Miami Beach Detective the additional witness information supplied by Mr. Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos. We now must interview these individuals, some of whom may be from out of state, just as we do in every criminal investigation in order to uncover the truth in its entirety," Katherine Fernandez Rundle, Miami-Dade State Attorney said in a statement.
If Brown is charged, it could be extremely likely that the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office will seek to revoke his probation for his no contest plea of battery of his then-girlfriend, Rihanna.
"Chris wouldn't need to be convicted in the Miami case, if he is charged. The conditions of his felony probation are very, very strict. Chris must obey all laws and not be arrested for any other crimes. This could be a huge nightmare for the singer's probation if he is arrested and charged," the source tells RadarOnline.com.
