The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover is to a bikini babe, like a crown is to a beauty queen!

Before David Lettermen unveils the 2012 covergirl of the magazine’s annual issue on Monday night, RadarOnline.com is honoring all of the smokin’ hot bodies who have graced the pages of the magazine over the years.

Before she was a big screen bombshell, Brooklyn Decker was a Sports Illustrated model! The bikini blonde was featured as an inset in 2009, before landing the coveted cover in 2010.

Heidi Klum has one of the most celebrated bikini bodies of all times, and Sports Illustrated is one of her biggest fans! She was featured on the cover in 1998 and then again in 2006.

It’s pretty shocking that iconic supermodels Cindy Crawford and Stephanie Seymour have never landed the cover, though both babes have been featured in the issue several times over the years.

SI doesn’t only feature models in their issue! New mom Beyoncé was the first non-model to score covergirl status, showing off her swerving curves on the 2007 edition.
