Stevie Wonder and George Duke will perform at a private memorial service Thursday for Don Cornelius, the Soul Train creator, at the Hall of Liberty at Forest Lawn cemetery in the Hollywood Hills, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

It's the second service for Cornelius, 75, who was found dead Feb. 1 at a house on Mulholland Drive, in what the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office later ruled a suicide caused by a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Members of Cornelius' family attended and witnessed the cremation of his body at the Rosemary Chapel located on the grounds of Forest Lawn in Glendale, Calif., shortly after 1 p.m on Feb. 9.

The Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, the leader of the civil rights movement, officiated at the first memorial.

"Today's second memorial will again be a strictly private service," a source told RadarOnline.com.

The Hall of Liberty at Forest Lawn is a large auditorium that was used for the services of Rick James, David Carradine and Michael Jackson.
