Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson have listed the love nest they once shared when they were married and RadarOnline.com has all the photos and details on the stunning Los Angeles home.
Listed on Monday for a hefty $3.6 million, the 2,835-square foot Buff & Hensman-designed mid-century house is situated in the Los Feliz Hills and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The home is eco-friendly with solar panels, the kitchen, living room and den all have floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool, and the master suite has a private garden and outdoor bath
The former lovers first bought the house in 2008 for $2.9 million, adding more than half a million dollars to their asking price — but since finalizing their divorce in July 2011 the two are ridding themselves of mutual assets.
As RadarOnline.com first reported, Scarlett has moved on with new boyfriend, Nate Naylor, who is an advertising executive in New York City.
"They're keeping it very, very low key. He's not one for the limelight and fame and she likes that about him," an insider told RadarOnline.com.
"They have a real connection."
Ryan has been dating Gossip Girl star Blake Lively, with whom he shared a romantic secret getaway in Connecticut with over the holidays.
