Bravo’s Real Housewives of Orange County‘s newest cast member Sarah Winchester — who claims to be an heiress to the Winchester Rifle company — has taken out a temporary restraining order against a relative’s friend, is exclusively reporting.

The dark haired beauty — who is friends with Gretchen Rossi and Alexis Bellino — got a TRO against Matthew McGownd after she alleged that he was leaving harassing voicemail messages and threatening to physically harm her.

According to the court docs, McGownd left her a message stating: “I (Winchester) f**ked with the wrong person, and I will regret it. He will do physical harm to me or anyone else involved..on the date of 9-27-10 after many text messages, phone calls and voicemails, I did advise Matt that he was affecting my job and to leave me alone. He still persisted and my boss told me to go home or to the police to get help.” The case was dismissed after neither party was at a hearing.

According to Winchester’s Bravo bio, she will be embroiled in a “verbal warfare” with Vicki Gunvalson and Heather Dubrow. Sarah won’t have a recurring role on the show as she will only be in several episodes.
