Singer and reality star Mel B and her husband, producer Stephen Belafonte, have put their Tarzana, Calif. estate on the market at $3.45 million.
The country French-style house has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a state of the art kitchen, and a gym in 8,200 sq. ft. The compound has a detached recording studio and detached movie theater. There’s also the all-important swimming pool, a cabana, and beautifully manicured landscaping.

The former Spice Girl and Dancing with the Stars contestant is now a judge for the Australian version of The X Factor.
She’s only owned the gated property in L.A.’s San Fernando Valley home for two years, after paying $3.15 million for it.
