As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, Beyonce -- checked in under the name “Ingrid Jackson” -- delivered the child via Cesarean section Saturday evening at Manhattan's Lenox Hill Hospital, where she and her hubby paid $1.3 million for use of the facility's fourth floor.

Speaking of four, the number figures in of major importance to Beyonce and Jay-Z, as "Ivy" was inspired by the Roman numeral IV, corresponding to the letter four. (Beyonce was born on September 4, Jay-Z on December 4 and they wed on April 4, 2008.)
