Beyonce and Jay-Z are proud new parents to a baby girl, Blue Ivy Carter.
The superstar singer gave birth at New York’s Lenox Hill Hospital Saturday.
Beyonce and Jay-Z tied the knot in April 2008, and the new mom gleefully announced her pregnancy to the world at the MTV VMAs in August.

There has been no official announcement of the baby diva’s arrival but the couple’s famous friends — including Rihanna and Russell Simmons — have been tweeting their congratulations.
