Social Network Star Armie Hammer Arrested For Pot

Up and coming Hollywood star Armie Hammer was arrested in November after being found with marijuana, but he is not going to be prosecuted.
The 25-year-old J. Edgar and the Social Network star was arrested in Sierra Blanca, Texas on November 30 after a drug sniffing dog found pot in his car, the AP reported.
He was arrested at a border patrol check point and was found with “0.02 ounces of marijuana, three medicinal marijuana cookies and one brownie.”
He paid a $1,000 bond after spending a day in jail, but charges have not been filed by the county attorney.
The DA declined to press charges because a felony requires more than 4 ounces of actual marijuana.
