“Judge Stephanie Sautner has conveyed to the City Attorney, DA, and Lindsay’s attorney, Shawn Holley that she is leaning towards sentencing Lindsay to 30 days behind bars. Lindsay will be remanded into custody immediately, and because of jail overcrowding, she will be out in about 6-7 days. Lindsay most likely WON’T be released on house arrest,” a source connected to the case tells RadarOnline.com.
