Latin music’s hottest stars got all glammed up in Sin City on Thursday night for the 2011 Latin Grammy Awards, hitting the red carpet in sizzling and fizzling fashions – and RadarOnline.com has all the winners and sinners in a special photo feature.

Demi Lovato took a major plunge and it paid off in the sexiest way possible! The 19-year-old showed off her assets in a dangerously low cut Roland Mouret gown, beautifully hued in berry.  With her long curls cascading down her back and coat of glassy red lipstick on her lips, the Disney star reigned
the red carpet.

Other best dressed babes included Sofia Vergara, who showed off her covetable curves in a silver embroidered Reem Acra strapless gown, paired with bling from her jewelry collection for Kmart and Zoe Saldana, looked gorgeous in a Kelly green sequinned Elie Saab gown.

Demi’s date Wilmer Valderrama paid homage to his alma mater, looking like he stepped straight out of the set of That 70’s Show in a purple, satin-lapel and flair legged suit.

As for other fashion flops, Angelique Boyer had a boob blunder, wearing a not-so-innocent pink gown that showed off her golden globes, while D’Manti dressed up like a peacock in truly tacky fashion.
