A 46 year-old Illinois man has been charged with stalking Justin Bieber's girlfriend, Selena Gomez, and has pleaded not guilty, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

The preliminary hearing has been set for November 16, 2011.

This is probably a week that the Disney teen queen would like to forget, with her boyfriend Justin Bieber being named in a paternity suit filed by a Southern California woman.

"She is not seeking exorbitant compensation," her attorney told Star magazine exclusively. "She merely requests that Justin Bieber provide a DNA sample to verify that he is the father of Mariah Yeater’s baby, and if so, to help provide child support as required by California law."
