No one had earned 60 out of 60 points on this season’s edition of Dancing with the Stars -- until now.

Soldier-turned-soap star J.R. Martinez, with pro partner Karina Smirnoff, did just that on Monday night as each of the remaining contestants had to dance to two songs -- one of which they would not know until 20 minutes before showtime.

The 28-year-old Georgia native -- who suffered burns to more than 40 percent of his body after driving over an Iraq landmine when he was 19 -- delivered a masterpiece of a waltz set to "What the World Needs Now Is Love."

Bruno Tonioli told the All My Children star -- who garnered a standing ovation from the crowd after the dance -- "You dance with your heart on your sleeve -- the dance was divine."

Judge Carrie Ann Inaba chipped in with high praise as well, telling the inspirational personality, "There's nobody coming close to you tonight."

Martinez's second dance, a jive, wowed the judges into giving him another perfect score.

"Now you've got the X-factor and the feel-good factor mixed together," judge Len Goodman said, "you come out here with the most fantastic jive."

Monday night's other scores were: Ricki Lake and Derek Hough getting 52 out of 60; Hope Solo and Maksim Chmerkovskiy getting 52/60; Rob Kardashian and Cheryl Burke getting 51/60; and Nancy Grace and Tristan MacManus getting the night’s lowest score with 44 out of 60.
