Chris Brown's Lavish New $1.5M Hollywood Home: Take A Peek Inside!

Chris Brown bought a new $1.5 million Hollywood home, and RadarOnline.com has a sneak peek inside his swanky bachelor pad, courtesy of our friends at Zillow.com.
RadarOnline.com was first to tell you that Chris bought the 2,473 square-foot, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home last month -- which is only eight miles away from ex-girlfriend Rihanna’s home.
The R&B star’s unit features an elevator directly to his door, glass walls, touch screen systems and a hipster pool.
Chris moved out of his West Hollywood condo because his allocated parking spots were marked handicapped, causing him to rack up thousands of dollars in parking fees, which were ultimately dismissed.
"This is a much better fit for Chris. He won't have to deal with pesky nosy neighbors or parking issues. Chris is much happier at his new house,” a source close to the singer told RadarOnline.com.
“Chris still owns the condo, but is involved in litigation now because of the various issues he encountered while he lived there."

And Chris got a good deal because just two years ago the home was listed for nearly double what he paid at $2.7 million.
