The A-list singer announced her pregnancy to the world on the red carpet of this year’s MTV VMAs in August. Parts of the concert film were filmed over four nights at New York’s legendary Roseland Ballroom just before Bey unveiled her bump. She said Sunday her pregnant state is evident throughout the August concert, a fact which was not lost on her.
