While LeAnn Rimes is in North Carolina, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned a 20-year-old man who appeared to be under the influence plowed through the fence of her home in Hidden Hills, California.

“Some kid crashed through her fence this morning,” an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com.

“It looked pretty bad. There were about six cop cars and the police took the kid away.”

The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department Malibu/Lost Hills Station confirmed the incident, although the official police report will not be available for another couple days.

“It was a 20-year-old driver, and it appears that he was under the influence but we haven’t gotten toxicology back yet. We’re still confirming and some testing is being done,” Sergeant Vivian May told RadarOnline.com.

“He was driving on a suspended license. He took out a stop sign at an intersection and then he ran into a light pole and took out one of the resident’s fence. There were no injuries.”
