Heidi Klum is most definitely the reigning queen of Halloween!

The sexy supermodel and Project Runway host has been throwing her legendary Halloween bash for more than a decade, each year dressing up in a more outlandish and elaborate costume than the last!

With the spookiest day of the year just a week away, RadarOnline.com is honoring the gorgeous German's dress up efforts with a photo gallery of all her crazy costumes over the years.

Kicking off her first-ever Halloween party in 2000 dressed up in S&M style dominatrix duds, Klum followed up her latex look by dressing up like Lady Godiva in 2001, even riding into her party on a horse!

We loved her sexy Betty Boop costume in 2002, which she followed with a golden alien (complete with a golden grill) and then dressed up like a red hot witch in 2003 and then a fanged vampire in 2005.

But a girl has gotta get creative when she has a bun in the oven! One of her most memorable costumes ever, was her Garden of Eden themed get-up year, when she dressed up her baby bump in apple attire, while her husband Seal went like a lady as Eve.

Heidi made for the purrrrfect kitty cat in 2007, a multi-armed Hindu goddess Kali in 2008 and a scary looking black crow in 2009.

And finally, last year Heidi and Seal got completely into character as robot superheroes, with the supermodel towering over her chart-topping hubby on crazy stilts!
