From the swankiest and most exclusive red carpet events from around the world to the city streets, Hollywood’s hottest stars were dressed to rock and shock this week in the hottest and nottest fashions – and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in our weekly feature!

Though several big screen bombshells were dressed to impress, the most attention-grabbing look of the week was from foxy Footloose star Julianne Hough. The young actress steamed up the 15th Annual Hollywood Film Awards Gala in a super low-cut Naeem Kham number that showed off her awesome assets to perfection! That Ryan Seacrest is one lucky man!

Did Paz de la Huerta get the New York City premiere of Tower Heist confused with the Academy Awards? The Boardwalk Empire bad girl was overdressed for the event, wearing an over-the-top strapless gown – and then to make a la mode matters worse, she finished off the look with wood platform heels. As RadarOnline.com reported, the sassy actress got into a scuffle with a pal at Brett Ratner’s afterparty that same night, assumingly in her ball gown. Fancy!

As for wacky, Sinead O’Connor was the talk of the town at the 2011 amfAR Inspiration Gala in Los Angeles. The Nothing Compares 2 U singer took a blast to the past, bringing back her shaved head – but it was her crazy collection of tattoos that had us staring. Wearing a skintight purple dress, the Irish singer added a lot more color with her blaring body art.
