Redmond O’Neal tested positive for drugs over the weekend while in rehab and during a hearing on Thursday he admitted it and will remain in jail until his sentencing, has exclusively learned.

O’Neal, 26, was sentenced to one year in a Los Angeles rehab facility after being arrested last month for felony possession of heroin and firearms charges.

His latest relapse will not be taken lightly by Judge Keith Schwartz, who will be sentencing the son of late actress Farrah Fawcett on October 7, 2011 — because last time O’Neal was in his courthouse Schwartz warned him that if he saw him again he would send him to state prison.
