Matthew Perry Buys $9 Million House

Proving that the housing slump isn’t affecting all of us, Matthew Perry just bought a brand new $8.65 million home in the Hollywood, Hills and RadarOnline.com has photos of his stunning bachelor pad.
His new crib is a 3-bedroom 4-bathroom 4,000 square feet house with sweeping views of Los Angeles from the 1962-vintage steel and glass structure.
According to Realtor.com the home has top of the line appliances, fireplaces and a media room.
The Friends star, who just turned 42, spent some time in a treatment center earlier this year to “work on his sobriety,” releasing a statement to RadarOnline.com saying: “I’m making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery. Please enjoy making fun of me on the world wide web.”

Recently, Perry was the co-creator, co-writer, executive producer and star of the short-lived ABC sitcom Mr. Sunshine, which ran from February to March 2011.
