European Escape! Halle Berry Enjoys a Family Vacation With Olivier Martinez

Sun, shopping and a gorgeous Frenchman sound like the ingredients for a perfect getaway!
Halle Berry escaped from the stress of her custody battle with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry on a European vacation with current flame, Olivier Martinez and her daughter Nahla, and RadarOnline.com has photos of their relaxing trip.
The beautiful trio are currently in Palma del Mallorca, Spain, where they've spent their time sightseeing and browsing around the open air markets in the cobbled streets.
Unfortunately little three-year-old Nahla didn't find the shopping trip as fun as her mother and Martinez, and was seen pouting with her head in her hands at one point as Halle smiled happily beside her.
The trip is just what the Oscar winner needed considering her recent traumatic legal wranglings with male model Aubry.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the 45-year-old also had to deal with a stalker who she was forced to take to court and file a restraining order against.
In the court filings, Berry reported three instances in July when Richard Franco came into her backyard, including one incident in which he nearly followed her into her kitchen.
