The community of Overland Park, Kansas is rocked with scandal, after a former teacher and cheerleading coach at Shawnee Mission West High School has been accused of having sexual relations with three students and faces up to 30 years in prison – and RadarOnline.com has the details.

On Friday, after several months of investigation, Johnson County prosecutors accused Michelle Preston, 27, of engaging in sexual relations with three students, who were over the age of 16 years old.  The alleged encounters occurred between September and December 2010, when she was a teacher at the school.

Statutory rape is not a factor, as all three of the alleged incidents took place with students who were of legal age of consent.

The attractive teacher, who taught psychology and world geography, was put on suspension March 7, 2011 after complaints by a student of inappropriate relations. Her employment was terminated over the summer.

After complaints were filed in March and authorities began searching her home for clues, Preston sustained serious injuries after she drove her car off a cliff, which many believe was an attempt at suicide.

There were also topless photos circulating on social media sites of a woman who was said to be Preston, though some speculate that the photos were faked.

Preston is expected to appear in court October 4 and could face up to 30 years in prison if convicted, due to new laws imposed in Kansas last year.
