Bob Hope's Wife Delores Dies at Age 102

Delores Hope, the wife of late entertainer Bob Hope, died at the age of 102 on Monday, RadarOnline.com has learned.

ETOnline.com was first to report the sad news.

After marrying in 1934, the couple's relationship developed into a legendary Hollywood marriage until Bob's death in 2003, at age 100.

Born Delores DeFina in the Bronx, New York, she was a regular sight by her husband's side during World War II as he traveled to overseas in tours entertaining U.S. troops.

The philanthropic woman continued her charity work long after the war was over, and in 1990 she was the only female entertainer allowed into Saudi Arabia.

Delores is survived by her three adopted children and several grandchildren. The couple's son Anthony died at the age of 63 in 2004.
