Three years after her baby-daddy was killed in a car crash, just months before their baby girl Sophia was born, Farrah finally seems to have found love - and happiness again.
The 20-year-old Teen Mom star was all smiles during the outing with her new beau and beautiful baby. The trio looked like one, happy family!
Daniel doted on the adorable 3-year-old like she was his own daughter, pushing her stroller, playing with her at the park and even feeding her ice cream!
But Daniel and Farrah made sure to leave room in the afternoon for a little one-on-one time!
They sealed the day with a kiss on a park bench.
