Taylor Armstrong is absolutely "stunned" by Russell Armstrong's close friend Alan Schram's suicide, the day after Russell killed himself, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Alan Schram was married, and Taylor and Russell spent time with the Schrams and were very "good couples friends," our insider tells us.

Taylor learned of Shram's suicide on August 16, just hours after he was found with a fatal self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.  The Los Angeles County Coroner has ruled the death a suicide.

Beverly Hills Housewives star Taylor is now trying to figure out what drove both Russell and Alan to kill themselves. The fact that they were both members of Tiger 21, a group pf investors who critiqued each other's financial portfolios is something that Taylor is looking at very closely.

Schram's wife is now in Israel, where Shram grew up. He became an Israeli Air Force officer and served in the Gulf War before moving to Los Angeles.  He was the managing partner of Wellcap, a hedge fund, and wrote about finance for The Huffington Post.
