"Kourtney, Scott, Kris and Kim are going. Rob is in L.A. already starting Dancing with the Stars,” an insider told RadarOnline.com. “Bruce and Khloe won’t be there either.”

The event is being put together by party planner to the stars, Colin Cowie, and it set to start at 8 p.m. with more than 500 people expected to attend.

"Colin has been working on this for weeks and Kim picked out all the colors,” the insider told RadarOnline.com.
