Jessica Simpson's Best Friend Cacee Cobb Engaged To Donald Faison

Bride-to-be Jessica Simpson has another race down the aisle on her hands.

After being beaten to the altar by her ex-husband Nick Lachey and ex-boyfriend Tony Romo, the singer's best friend Cacee Cobb announced that she engaged!

Simpson's sidekick is going to be tying the knot with longtime steady, former Scrubs star Donald Faison.

News of the impending nuptials was broken on Twitter by Faison's Scrubs buddy Zach Braff.

"Congrats to @donald_faison and @caceecobb on their engagement. Just wish I was there to run around with you both with sparklers," Braff wrote.

As for the excited groom, he quoted a romantic literary great to express his love for his future wife.

"If you like it you better put a Ring on it.- Beyonce," Faison tweeted, with his fun-loving fiancee announcing her answer to the world with the reply: "If she likes it then she better say YES!!'

The couple has been together for nearly six years and Faison revealed the depth of his feelings for Cacee in an interview last November, shortly after Simpson announced her own engagement to former NFL star Eric Johnson.

"I'm sure I know in my heart I love her and I definitely want to be with her forever but sometimes you throw marriage in situation and it ruins everything," the Scrubs funny man told Vibe.com.
