On the heels of the controversy surrounding the 10-year-old French model Thylane Loubry Blondeau, the French fashion industry has spawned even more concern due to a racy new lingerie line and advertising campaign, which is targeted at 4 to 12-year-olds.

French lingerie label Jours Apres Lunes recently launched their "loungerie" line of children's bras, panties and loungewear - splashing their website with shocking images of scantily clad little girls modeling the controversial collection.

In one of the images, a little girl dressed in a striped bra and panty set, plays with makeup in front of a mirror.  In another, a girl seductively lounges on a chaise, wearing a crop-top, panties and oversized sunglasses.

An especially disturbing image is a close-up of a girls bottom, wearing only nude hued lacy underpants.

Several fashion industry experts and bloggers have blasted the campaign, which was brought to attention on Monday by Fashionista who noted: "What's disturbing about Jours Apres Lunes is not just the fact that it's lingerie for people who probably shouldn't be old enough to even know what lingerie is, but the photographs on their website."
