Where’s Casey Anthony? Right now, we don’t know, but soon we will. A judge is telling the notorious ‘Tot Mom’ to return to Orlando, Florida -- sooner rather than later.

On Monday, Orange County Judge Stan Strickland ordered Anthony to return to Orlando as quickly as within the next three days.

Judge Strickland signed an amended court order that will require Anthony, 25,  to serve one year of supervised probation on check fraud charges for stealing a friend’s checkbook and writing bogus checks.

"She should be reporting to probation in Orlando probably within 72 hours," Strickland said.

The court order does not involve her returning to jail.

The mix-up happened because, upon Anthony's release, the Department of Corrections officials misinterpreted Strickland's order as meaning that she had already served her probation while still in jail.

But then last  Thursday, the judge clarified  he had intended  Anthony to go to supervised probation after her release from jail; but since she fled the state following her release, that hasn’t happened.

As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, Anthony was acquitted last month of charges she murdered her 2-year-old daughter Caylee.

Since her release from jail on July 17,  the Orlando, Florida woman has not been seen publicly and remains in hiding.
