Casey Anthony's legal battle continued on Tuesday when her attorneys attempted to block a judge's order for her to return to Orlando to serve her probation.

Cheney Mason filed an emergency motion requesting a hearing to "quash, vacate and set aside," Judge Stan Strickland's order for Casey to return to Orlando, Fl. and serve her probation according to the Orlando Sentinel -- accusing the judge of "unbridled prejudice," following his statements made on TV after Casey's acquittal.

Mason claimed the judge's order on Monday requiring Casey to return to Orlando within 72 hours to serve one year of supervised probation was "made with reckless disregard for Ms. Anthony's due process and civil rights."

The motion said that Casey has received several death threats and included one as an exhibit.  It showed a picture of Casey with a bullet hole in the middle of her forehead and read "Keep Smiling b**ch with a forehead that big, the headshot will be easier."

Mason's motion slammed the judge, stating: "Additionally, the order was fraudulently entered.  There was no attempt to notice the defendant or her counsel (however, the media had ample notice), the defendant has not signed the order as required, and the statement on the order was not filed during any proceedings in open court, as stated in the order."

The motion continues: "Ms. Anthony actually did serve probation, as evidence(d) by her record with the Florida Department of Corrections. Any second sentence for probation imposed will be in violation of Ms. Anthony's rights of protection against double jeopardy under both the Florida state and United States Constitution."

A hearing date has not yet been set.  Casey has not been seen since leaving jail on July 17 after being acquitted of charges of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie Anthony.
